I’m a motivated and self-driven individual who is continuously learning new technologies and improving my technical skills. I’m currently a fourth-year undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa, pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and Management, with eight months of industry experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Panaceata (Pvt) Ltd.
During my internship, I contributed to seven client projects across AI, healthcare, agriculture, education, and enterprise domains, working remotely in an Agile team. I build full-stack web and mobile applications, AWS cloud-native backends, and AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and voice agents, with technologies such as React, Next.js, Angular, React Native, Node.js, NestJS, and AWS.
I’m passionate about turning ideas into practical software solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously improving as a developer while contributing effectively to team-based projects.

Panaceata (Pvt) LtdContributed to seven client projects across AI, healthcare, agriculture, education, and enterprise domains, building web, mobile, cloud-native, and AI applications in an Agile team.
Worked remotely in an Agile team with daily stand-ups, Git, and Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines. Delivered features across the full stack, from Angular and React frontends and a React Native mobile app to AWS serverless backends and production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and real-time voice agents.

- Event-driven pipelines to crawl, process, and sync website content into AI knowledge bases.
- Hash-based change detection to avoid reprocessing unchanged content.
- Migrated vector storage from OpenSearch to Amazon S3 Vectors.
AgriBot - Sinhala/English Agriculture Chatbot
- RAG chatbot delivered on WhatsApp for Sri Lankan agricultural information.
- Evaluated LLMs from four providers to select the best model.
- OCR and YouTube transcript ingestion pipelines.
Teacher Mobile App - Childcare Management
- Primary developer, from UI design to backend integration.
- Cognito/Amplify authentication with automatic user provisioning.
- NestJS multi-tenant REST APIs for student and activity modules.
Enterprise Childcare Platform Migration
- Migrated 18 modules and reports from Angular 14 to Angular 21 (Nx, standalone components, signals).
- Added Jest unit tests and Stagehand end-to-end tests.
- Built the product's public website with Next.js.

Achievements & Activities
InnovateX - University Edition Hackathon
Achieved 2nd Runners-Up among top university teams across Sri Lanka for developing an innovative tech solution that addressed real-world challenges through creativity and collaboration. Contributed to the Zebra Bit-Busters team that built an end-to-end real-time retail event detection system and interactive React analytics dashboard for the InnovateX challenge, implementing streaming ingestion, event detection, and data-processing pipelines to produce reproducible demo artifacts.
